RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 5 business days of its arrival. Item(s) must be returned in NEW condition. 

We are not responsible for shipping charges on returns.

Returned items must be traceable. A tracking number is required to ensure product location and safety. The tracking number must be sent to wendyheartist@gmail.com. Items must be in original box with original padding so the items do not get damaged in transit. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returned items and the item will be returned back to the sender. We highly suggest insurance on all items being returned via mail. 

All special orders,engraved items, sale items are final sale. Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value.

Credit card/Debit card refunds can take up to 10 days to show on your statement.

REPAIR POLICY

We will repair any jewelry design purchased through www.WENDYHEARTS.COM less than 1 month after purchase. We cannot repair the wear and tear of gold in gold plated items. 

JEWELRY CARE

WENDYHEARTS.COM jewelry is hand-crafted and requires VERY delicate handling. Please be mindful when handling clothes, fabric, or heavy objects. Please make sure all jewelry fits comfortably, we are not liable for any loss or injury, please wear products at your own discretion. 

Please follow our care routine to extend the life of the jewelry. Do not apply water, soap, or lotions on jewelry. Wipe with a soft jewelry cloth after each wear. Pieces are made with delicate metals, so please handle with care.
